Trojan Energy was formed in 2016 with one mission: to ensure everyone benefits from the energy transition.
With total focus on enabling the switch to eMobility, the company has developed the Trojan Electric Vehicle Charging System. A system that finally offers an equal chance for EV drivers without a driveway to charge effectively at home, while eliminating residual clutter on the pavement. A system that doesn't require municipal authorities to zone off parking spaces and gives network operators the ability to manage power demand in real time. A system smart enough to offer a convenient way to charge that's greener, cheaper, more immediate - or a combination of all three - at up to 22kW. A system that delivers flat and flush chargepoints in hubs of up to fifteen, or single units powered by the home, to leave the streetscape uncluttered for everyone.
Trojan Energy wants to give drivers the confidence, convenience and practicality they need to go electric.

Sandy has spent his engineering career developing high-reliability electronics for harsh environments. Over the last 10 years he worked designing power and control systems for North Sea subsea applications before moving into the area of engineering data management, deploying a digital-twin of an operational brownfield asset combining 1D / 2D and 3D representations of 20 years accumulated engineering data. With experience in developing, deploying and supporting the operational activities of subsea production control systems and digital knowledge management systems he now transfers those skills to the EV charging domain and has particular interest in OCPP, OCPI and ISO 15118.
