Holidays

Enhanced Sick Pay
We will pay 6 weeks full pay and 6 weeks half pay if you’re absent from work due to illness.

The Recruitment Process
Step 1
Submit CV
We will ask you to submit your CV and Covering Letter telling us why you want to work with us and what skills and experience you bring.
Step 2
CV Review
Your application will be reviewed by the Hiring Manager, in consultation with HR.
Step 3
Invitation to Interview
You will be advised if you are selected for interview. You may be asked to do a presentation but this will be made clear to you in advance.
Step 4
Formal Interview
We will hold a minimum of two interviews. The first interview will be with the hiring manager. The second is with a Manager senior to the Hiring Manager.
Step 5
Job Offer
If successful, we will offer you the job in writing to allow you to fully consider the terms. Conditions include two satisfactory employment references and proof of your right to work in the UK.
