Launch of our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Policy

We value people for the differences they bring, and we believe that this diversity is key to ensuring everyone benefits from the energy transition. At the start of Racial Equality Week, we are reflecting on what further action we can take to continue to build a culture of equity, equality, diversity and inclusion within Trojan Energy.

We launched our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Policy as part of our first Trojan Team Talk events held in Aberdeen and London. This policy sets out our commitments in these important areas, including:

1. Treating each other with dignity, trust and respect
2. Training all employees, including our managers about their rights and responsibilities
3. Making decisions concerning employees based on merit regardless of age, disability, race, religion, sex or any other difference
4. Gaining a better understanding of who our employees are through a lens of sex, sexual orientation, race, religion, gender and disability, for example.

Our focus going forward is to build on and deliver the commitments we have made to our employees.
